The Journey so far…
Starting in 2017, Noosa Brewing Company has been operating for under 4 years as Noosa’s First Craft Beer Brewery. It didn’t take them long to find their lane, navigating the industry with a passion for the environment and adventure at the forefront. Noosa Brewing is a craftsman, and beer is what they do. Applying a quiet, thought out, scientific approach to creating beer, yet always leaving room for creativity and the unknown. Like any adventure, you have to leave a little to chance. It’s the only way to create something unique and memorable. Now, the ethos at Land & Sea revolves around minimising their environmental impact to be as close to carbon-neutral as possible. They immerse themselves in nature daily, with the strong belief that it’s only fair that they do their part in preserving it for future generations.
The most popular tipple
There are so many great ales to choose from, but our picks are the First Point Pale Ale, or for something, a bit lighter the Socializer, and during the summertime, we love something fruity with fresh cold Mango Sour. Noosa Gin and Noosa Vodka have also been launched in the same building, so it’s not just about beer. If Gin or Vodka are more your thing this is the place to be.
Something for the weekend
Sit back and enjoy an open fire in the winter with live music on Saturday nights and Sunday afternoons. Good vibes keep on flowing with not-to-be-missed musicians like Jesse Redwing playing on Friday, 16th of July.
The inspiration behind the name Land and Sea.
“Made on the Land, Inspired by the Sea, we create products that are inspired by, celebrate and compliment the area we live in. The days well spent, living and enjoying every second, from the rolling hinterland to the oceans and bays… “
We’ll drink to that!
